Terms of Service

Chapter 1. General Provisions

Article 1 (Purpose)

The purpose of these Terms is to stipulate the conditions and procedures for the use of all services (hereinafter referred to as "Services") provided by HANA Plant Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") on its website.

Article 2 (Definitions)

• User: A person who receives services provided by the Company in accordance with these Terms.

Service Agreement: The contract entered into between the Company and the User in connection with the use of the Services.

Subscription: The act of completing the service agreement by filling out the application form provided by the Company and agreeing to these Terms.

Member: A person who has provided the necessary personal information to register as a member of the site.

User ID: A combination of letters and numbers selected by the User and approved by the Company for identification and service use.

Password: A combination of letters, numbers, and special characters set by the User for the protection of member information.

Termination: The expression of intent by the Company or Member to end the service agreement after use of the Services.

Article 3 (Effect and Amendment of Terms)

Members may request withdrawal (termination) if they do not agree to the amended Terms. If the Member continues to use the Services without expressing refusal within seven (7) days from the effective date of the amended Terms, it shall be deemed that the Member has agreed to the changes.

• These Terms take effect when posted on the Service screen, Notice Board, or other methods of notification.

The Company may amend these Terms if deemed necessary. The amended Terms will be posted on the Service screen, and if the Member continues to use the Services after seven (7) days without expressing refusal, it will be deemed that the Member agrees to the changes.

If the User does not agree to the amended Terms, they may stop using the Services and cancel their membership registration. Continued use of the Services constitutes agreement to the changes.

Chapter 2. Service Use Agreement

Article 4 (Establishment of Agreement)

The service use agreement is established when the User agrees to these Terms and the Company approves the application for service use.

Article 5 (Application for Use)

Users may apply for use by recording personal information in the application form requested by the Company on the website.

Article 6 (Approval of Application)

The Company shall approve applications unless they fall under any of the following:

• If the applicant has previously lost membership due to reasons attributable to them.

If false information is entered in the application form.

If approval is otherwise deemed inappropriate by the Company.

Article 7 (Changes to Information)

Members must promptly update any changes to their information. The Company shall not be responsible for disadvantages caused by failure to update.

Chapter 3. Duties of the Parties

Article 8 (Obligations of the Company)

The Company shall provide continuous and stable Services, unless there are special circumstances, and protect personal information in accordance with relevant laws.

Article 9 (Obligations of the User)

Users shall not engage in the following:

• Registering false information when applying or modifying membership.

Infringing on the intellectual property rights of the Company or third parties.

Distributing information, sentences, figures, etc. in violation of public order and morals.

Acts that may interfere with the operation of the Services.

Chapter 4. Use of Services

Article 10 (Provision of Services)

The Company shall provide various online services such as information, communication, and other related services as determined by the Company.

Article 11 (Suspension of Services)

The Company may temporarily suspend Services for reasons such as system maintenance, breakdown, or replacement. In such cases, Members will be notified in advance whenever possible.

Chapter 5. Termination and Restrictions

Article 12 (Termination by User)

A Member may request to withdraw at any time through the membership withdrawal function on the website.

Article 13 (Termination by Company)

The Company may terminate the agreement or restrict Service use if the Member violates these Terms or engages in acts against laws and public order.

Chapter 6. Miscellaneous

Article 14 (Copyright of Posts)

The copyright of posts created by Members belongs to the respective authors. The Company may use the posts for service operation, display, or promotion.

Article 15 (Dispute Resolution)

Any disputes related to the Services shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Korea in accordance with Korean law.

Article 16 (Supplementary Provisions)

Matters not specified in these Terms shall follow relevant laws and regulations, including the Telecommunications Business Act and the Electronic Commerce Act.
